New for 2008, we have moved the show to a more spacious, modern facility. We will be able to fit at least 20 more tables.
The convention center is a spacious 11,700 square foot facility, with hardwood floors. There is plenty of light and lots of cool air conditioning. The
aisles are at least 6 feet wide in all directions and there is plenty of back up space
with your table. We want you to have a comfortable place to do business.
Table rates are as follows:
6 Foot Table - $300 - (if available)
8 Foot Table - $350
14 Foot Corner - $425 (Back) $475 (Front-SOLD OUT)
Add'l 6 foot table - $200 ea (Call for availability)
Add'l 8 foot table - $250 ea (Call for availability)
Rent includes back-up space, table cover, chairs and electricity.
Cases and lamps are available for rental for $10 and $5 respectively.
Payment must be made in full before you will be allowed on the bourse floor.
Loading will take place through the garage door on Prospect street, the same level as
the convention center. This is a load/unload live street parking only, you will need to unload and
then move your car to the parking garage. Security can watch your cart. There will be police detail
as well, directing traffic. It would be best to bring a helper, or, if you have only one load, park
directly in the garage and wheel your cart through the hotel.
Armed security will be provided from 2 PM on Thursday, through 5 PM on Sunday. There is
no security room. The convention center can be totally locked down from the outside and
the rest of the hotel.
If you are flying in, Manchester Airport is serviced by many major airlines such
as Continental, Southwest, Northwest, Delta, United and U.S. Air, as well as many
smaller airlines. There is a free shuttle for hotel guests that will take you directly to the Convention Center, but you
can also rent a vehicle from many of the major car rental agencies. If you choose to
fly into Boston, the Convention Center is a short one hour trip up the highway.
