The convention center is a spacious 29,000+ square foot facility. There is plenty of light and lots of cool air conditioning. The
aisles are at least 6 feet wide in all directions and there is plenty of back up space
with your table. We want you to have a comfortable place to do business.
Table rates are as follows:
6 Foot Table - $225
8 Foot Table - $260 Stamp Section - $160
14 Foot Corner - $350 (Back) Stamp Section - $225
14 Foor Cornet - $475 (Front-SOLD OUT)
Add'l 6 foot table - $125 ea
Add'l 8 foot table - $160 ea Stamp Section - $125
Rent includes back-up space, table cover, chairs and electricity.
Cases and lamps are available for rental for $15 and $10 respectively.
Payment must be made in full before you will be allowed on the bourse floor.
Loading will take place through the parking garage. drive up to the top floor, unload, and then park. Larger vehicles that
will not fit in the garage can load at the loading dock.
Armed security will be provided from 2 PM on Thursday, through 5 PM on Sunday. There is
no security room. The convention center can be totally locked down from the outside and
the rest of the hotel.
If you are flying in, Manchester Airport is serviced by many major airlines such
as Continental, Southwest, Northwest, Delta, United and U.S. Air, as well as many
smaller airlines. There is a free shuttle for hotel guests that will take you directly to the Convention Center, but you
can also rent a vehicle from many of the major car rental agencies. If you choose to
fly into Boston, the Convention Center is a short one hour trip up the highway.
